We've had Quiet Paved Roads to Grass Tracks, concrete to gravel tracks, CanalTowPaths to the Total unsuitabilty!! But our resolve is very strong.... so we'll do our best to do this thing!😎🤙
OMG when yer hot yer hot, and when yer not...... you probably still are....🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 the heat today was borderline unbearable......
Maybe a consequence of yesterday's 'Crazy Long Ride' but maybe not.... Paul suffered in yesterday's heat, while I sufferred today.....and he was OK!! 🤷♂️
Drinking gallons of liquid, iso-tonic (much prefer G&T....), but still feeling the effects of the heat!!
Whilst I swam in the Loire.... twice, Paul was busy foraging and hunter gathering for our dinner..... After 3 'Out of this World' dinners from Paul, I owed Paul a 'good'n'...... seems the Kashmiri Lamb Rogan Josh did the trick as he has committed me to make it on a weekly frequency for the next 7 wks....I think the Spice Store should hold out!!🤞😎🤙
Still, this amazing array of people from all over the world present themselves our way.... Canuck Phil from Edmonton talking about Paris/Dakar on pedal cycles, more Germans from Koln to Bordeaux and beyond.... Morocco WTF!!....and so much more!! Hope Alexi&Emily freed their bikes from a buster 10 yr old lock the decided to jam....!

Both machines doing very well.... and the bicycles aren't doing too bad either!! Both Maria and CycleFix Dennis are forwarding on more brackets for any future problems I may acquire..... but all's going well now!!🤞🥰🙏
